Have read the reviews from previous guests & would like to disagree with the negative comments. Concierge service was on point, and would like to commend the following staff for their professional & friendly guest interaction: Raquel in front desk, Paulo & Francis @ the concierge desk, Elaine in Mirador, and especially Alexandre @ the Casa de Cachasa, who, despite the language barrier, have given us an excellent service. My apologies to the front desk staff who assisted us @ check out 21Jul because I did not get his name, despite giving a top notch service, and should be commended as well.

Maintenance should check the plumbing for the shower & bidet @ room 1628 (no cold water!).
